Setting up Discord

Discord is a live chat (text, voice and video) service, mostly used by gamers. Scout groups around the world have been using Discord, and have found it especially useful for running meetings and competitions during the lockdown.

To use Discord, you will need to do three things:

1. Register for a Discord account here.
2. Download Discord for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or iOS here.
3. Join the server for your group or event - the organiser of the event will give you a link for this.
