Getting online for JOTI

Scoutlink publishes a series of guides for getting online for the various aspects of JOTI. They have a useful overview of all the JOTI activities here and a getting started guide for leaders here (Facebook and Twitter links here)

 

SAFETY ONLINE - Scoutlink have a guide to internet safety here which you can use when preparing your youth members for being online. JOTAJOTI also publish a safety guide here, and you can take the WOSM Safe JOTI training here to prepare you further (free WOSM registration required)

 

For all of the Scoutlink service offered below, it is important that all of your Scouts follow their rules - failure to do so could result in your entire group being banned from their servers fo the weekend.

JOTI Radio is an online radio station that runs for the JOTI weekend, with interviews from Scouts around the world. You can listen to them online at JOTIradio.org
